Leadership Board Commitment:

1. Attend 75% of FC events with the Teen Kickoff and the Volunteer Appreciation event a must.

2. Growing our circle by recruiting at least 3 friends to join the Friendship Circle.

3. Attend monthly meetings. Which will include Teen event planning & execution (brainstorming ideas before each event, recruiting other teens to attend, spreading the word via social media etc)

4. Be on top of all communication from FC staff-email/texts/whatsapp in a timely manner.

5. Set two specific goals for yourself for the year and work with FC staff on tracking those goals as teen leaders.

6. Creating/Joining a Walk Team
